Spiked Up
Ready to Run

by Steve D. Sherer

Unconventional, Myth Busting,
Scientific & Proven Training For Runners

Have you ever wondered
how to build a high performance running program?

Volume, frequency, intensity of runs, periodizing them to maximize performance and avoid burnout, correct running form, weight training, sleep/recovery, nutrition, psychology, shoes, and more all go into a good program.

Steve Sherer has spent his entire running career researching the Endocrine System (hormones) and Heart rate variation training to maximize anabolic hormones (Testosterone/Estrogen & HGH: Fountain of Youth) and minimize catabolic hormones (Cortisol). Researching muscle synergies and arthrokinematics he also learned and shares how to avoid injures and recover from them fixing the root of the problem, not masking it like many other health practitioners will do. Once you learn how all these systems work together, including the energy systems, you will be able to look at a runner and tell him how he trains.
