The Author:


Julia Jankowski is a Certified Mental Health Professional and a Certified Addictions Professional. She graduated with honors from St. Thomas University with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. She graduated with honors from Barry University with a Masters in Education.

Her main psychoeducational focus has specialized in juvenile delinquency and the emotionally disturbed adolescent. She currently works as an addiction counselor in the jail setting. Julia lives in Central Florida with her artist husband, a wandering turtle, and two lazy cats.
